About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).  I have been in counseling practice since 2000.  Prior to entering the counseling profession, I was a dietitian who was working with people who had eating disorders … and found my passion for counseling to improve or achieve a healthy lifestyle was broader than eating behavior.

My counseling style is to create a nurturing and inviting environment which allows you to explore your concerns/issues.  Challenging, encouraging, supporting you is my goal, as well as helping you learn new techniques and foster new perspective/strategies.
